Flex Pass Tickets: Create Your Own Season!

You no longer have to purchase a “season ticket” containing one ticket to each of the shows at the Depot. Now YOU are in control of how many tickets you purchase and what shows you want to see!

The “Flex Pass” program allows you flexibility to use your tickets however they want!

Flex passes can be used in any combination and used for any show. For instance, a 4 ticket flex pass can use all four tickets for one show, or use 2 tickets each for 2 shows, or 1 ticket at a time and see 4 shows.

The season contains EIGHT productions: SIX main stage shows, plus the student production and the area-wide high school production. A couple who purchases a 10 ticket flex pass could choose to see 5 of the main shows just like the previous Total Season Package. A couple who purchases a 6 ticket flex pass could see their choice of 3 shows just like the previous Basic Season Package.

The student production and high school production have different ticket prices than the main stage shows, but flex passes can be used for those as well.

The flex pass expires two years from the date of purchase, so if you have to miss a show this season, you can still use your passes next season. A flex pass purchased in December for a Christmas present, will be good for the remainder of that show season as well as the following season and up to the Christmas show of the season after that! If someone uses up their flex pass taking friends to see a show early in the season, they can purchase additional passes to see shows later in the season and still receive the discount off the price of a regular ticket and those new tickets will be good for two years from the date they are purchased.

Everyone who purchases a flex pass will receive notification when a show is coming up and be able to order their seats prior to public sales.

Purchase/Payment Policy: Reservations and payment for Dinner and a Show are required to be made at least 48 hours in advance. This is a requirement made so that we can give an accurate count for our kitchen. With every reservation, you are responsible for informing us of any dietary and mobility issues. If circumstances prevent you from attending your performance, please contact us ahead of time and we will attempt to move your ticket to a future performance or production. We are no longer able to make refunds. Our facility welcomes certified service animals, but you must notify our office prior to bringing them into the building.

*While we understand that many people have special dietary needs and are unable to eat certain foods, we are a dinner theater and not a restaurant. We order in the food needed to prepare the meal that is advertised for that particular production and those are the only ingredients available in the kitchen. We cannot make dinner substitutions as there are no other options. If you cannot eat items on our menu because you are a vegetarian, vegan, have unfortunate food allergies, or it is due to a medical issue, please consider purchasing show only tickets.
